Acckkk!!! I am the worse blogger ever!

Noah said his first word today! It was "move!" Yep, his first word had attitude! I totally missed it too =(. My aunt was watching him, and apparently she was in his way! I was excited to hear about it, and hopefully he'll talk for me soon!

Ok, now I must go to Target, it's 9 and they close in an hour. If my external hard drive cooperates, I'll post pictures when I get back.

Duces Tecum

I received a subpoena today. Yay! I've been called as a witness, because one of my crummy former customers is being sued. We actually filed suit against this same customer, but they were smart enough to settle out of court over a year ago. Now I have to dig through boxes in the warehouse to find copies of the checks we received for this project, the joys of the job. This could just one of many cases I'll have to testify at, depending on how the suits we've filed recently play out. Hopefully they'll all settle, most wise up when they're served with a law suit. =)

One fish, two fish

Yesterday we went to the Aquarium with the play group. It's always wonderful to be around such wonderful mamas. Boyzilla was a little entertained, but I think he's still too young to fully appreciate it. It was still a great time!

Today he had his swim evaluation at the Water Safe Swim School. Much to my surprise, he freaked out when we put him in the water with the instructor, Shannon. She said this was normal, even for kids who love the water. They find a sense of security with mom or dad. Boyzilla has never gotten upset when we have left him anywhere, so this was new for us. We signed him up, and he has lessons once a week. They teach the Smartfish method.

Slacker

Ok ok, so I've been a bit of a blog slacker.... but, I do have somewhat of an excuse! I was super excited about blogging because I was finally able to upload pictures and such, and then my computer decides that I need more hard drive space. Lovely. So, until I am able to drag my brother here to fix it, I am at the mercy of pictureless blogging. Lame.

Anyhow, Boyzilla and I both have a touch of a cold. I've had to bow out of his play dates so far this week. Hopefully we'll be good to go by Thursday, if not then no play dates until next week. No bueno.

Mud bath

Boyzilla took his first mud bath on Thursday! We went to the park with our playgroup, and boyzilla couldn't help but be fascinated with the mud. I spent hours trying to keep him away, but I finally gave in and let him have it. He rode him in his diaper =).
